iSkysoft Toolbox - iOS Private Data Eraser User Guide

iSkysoft Toolbox – iOS Private Data Eraser allows you to erase some certain private data on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with simple clicks. Follow this guide to erase your private data permanently!

Step 1: Download, install and launch iSkysoft Toolbox on your computer. Both Windows and Mac are available. The main window of the program will be shown as below.

Step 2: Plug your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to your computer with a USB cable. Choose “Private Data Eraser” from the main window. Once connect successfully, the program will detect the device and show the brief information of your device as below.

Step 3: Click “Start Scan” button. The program will start scanning the data from your device and shows them in the window. This is 100% safe, for iSkysoft Toolbox is completely read-only software. Now wait till the scan finish.

Step 4: The scan results will be categorized and displayed. You can see items including Photos, Messages, Contacts, Notes, etc. Check any data to view the details. Then check the data you want to erase and click “Erase from the Device” at the lower right corner. Now you are required to enter “delete” in the blank to continue the process. The click “Delete”.

Now the program begins erase the chosen data. All you have to do is make sure the device connects well to the computer during the process. The program will take care of the rest.

When the erasing process is completed, you will get a new window as below. Congratulations, you have erased the private data from your device permanently.
